Met Ballet ontwikkel je naast een goede houding en een sterk lichaamsbewustzijn ook creativiteit, expressiviteit, flexibiliteit, kracht en muzikaliteit. In de balletles beginnen we met een warming-up, daarna werken we aan techniek aan de barre en in de ruimte (au milieu). Elegante sprongen en bewegingen uit de diagonaal maken het geheel af. With Ballet you develop not only good posture and strong body awareness but also creativity, expressiveness, flexibility, strength and musicality.
