Lesinfo: <\/strong>Lesimpressie video Hip Hop<\/a><\/p>\n Binnen Commercial Hip Hop staat zelfvertrouwen vergroten middels \u201cHip Hop-based choreography\u201d centraal. We streven in deze lessenreeks vooral naar een veilige omgeving waarin iedere persoon zich volledig kan uiten in het verkennen van zijn\/haar\/hun eigenheid (vrouwelijk- of mannelijkheid). Een dansles waarin je leert meer zelfvertrouwen uit te stralen en werkt aan dynamiek, isolatie, kracht en lichaamsbewustzijn. Samen losgaan op heerlijke muziek (old school en nieuwe popsongs) en experimenteren met “sexy\/sierlijk\/verleidelijk” bewegen. Leren energie uitstralen en met je heupen te swingen.
