Locking is een energieke clubstijl die zijn oorsprong vindt in de funky muziek van de jaren '70. Het is een stijl die niet alleen draait om beweging, maar ook om persoonlijkheid, creativiteit en ritme. zoals Don Campbell (de creator van locking) ooit zei: ''nobody can beat you, at being you." In onze Locking les duiken we diep in de essentie van deze unieke dansvorm. We gaan aan de slag met foundational steps, grooves, freestyle, muzikaliteit en nog veel meer. Get your groove on and lock it up!

Tijdens de les dragen we binnen sneakers met zool die niet afgeeft op de dansvloer in de studio.

Locking is an energetic club style that originated from the funky music of the 1970s. It's a style that’s not just about movement, but also about personality, creativity, and rhythm. As Don Campbell (the creator of Locking) once said: “Nobody can beat you at being you.”
In our Locking class, we dive deep into the essence of this unique dance form. We’ll work on foundational steps, grooves, freestyle, musicality, and much more. Get your groove on and lock it up!

During class we wear indoor sneakers with soles that do not stain the studio dance floor.
